121 Personal Training

This can take place at my home gym or can be online via Zoom, either at your home or as many of my international clients do, at their local gyms.

All sessions are 60 minutes long and cost £45/$50

Body By Bee App

All clients receive their own Body By Bee app. Here you will find your personalised plans, progress trackers, exercise videos, chat function to talk directly to Bee - everything you need in one place


You will always have support from us. Genuinely caring about our clients, their results and supporting them to feel more empowered, confident and happy during their time with us, is what has set us apart and made us so successful.

Training Plans

Designed around you, you goals, lifestyle and ability. Plans change every month and can be adapted for your gym or home. You can track your progress as well as watch videos if you're unsure of the exercise

Weight Training

We specialise in teaching women how to lift. Weights make women look great, feel empowered and confident, and helo make day to day life easier. We will ensure you know what you are doing, why you are doing it, so that one day you can go off on your own!
