Group Personal Training
We created group training, due to the demand of women wanting like-minded females to train and be inspired with. It also allowed many of our clients to be able to attend a session with a trainer more often and at a reduced rate.
An especially good option for clients who struggle to come and find the motivation to train alone!
How it works:
Group training sessions are limited to six people per session - ensuring that each client gets as much trainer supervision as possible.
Sessions are booked online via our members booking system, allowing for greater flexibility with our clients.
Each workout is different and is always a great mix of cardio and free weight elements, ensuring you get the best workout possible!
Clients progress is measured monthly during a progress check session as well as a 121 check in with a trainer. Adjustments are then made based on this for the month ahead.

1 x week - 60 a month
up to 3 x week - 85 a month
